Is their a Federal Law requiring Car insurance if you damage someones vehicle?

or some kind of law requiring you can 100% pay for the collision into another vehicle?

if so why are people pissed about a law that require health insurance if you get sick and not make big gov ER pay for your broken legs an pay ur own way

    There are STATE laws requiring insurance, whether you damage someone’s vehicle or not. You cannot legally drive without auto insurance.
